By submitting this booking request you agree to the following terms:
1. Submitting this form creates a
booking request only. It is not a confirmed booking. No contract exists between you and Beyond VIP until we have confirmed your booking in writing and issued your deposit invoice. Availability is not held or guaranteed until that point.
2. A 50% deposit invoice will be issued within 24 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% must be settled no later than 90 days before the selected race.
3. Passes are issued prior to each Grand Prix. VIP Paddock Passes® are subject to FIA approval. Names cannot be changed once VIP Paddock Passes® are issued.
4. Clients will be offered optional insurance at a small additional cost. Due to the inability to change names once VIP Paddock Passes® are issued, insurance is strongly recommended.
5. VIP Paddock Passes® are not available to the general public and are subject to availability and FIA approval.
6. If there is a problem with issuing passes for the selected race, you will have the option to transfer to another race, the same race the following year, or receive a full refund.
7. Beyond VIP reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
8. All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our
Privacy Policy, and used solely to administer your booking and issue your passes.
